As our City grows, we need to continually improve the services provided to our residents and the thousands of guests who visit our great City every year. Grapevine wants to renovate, expand, and relocate some of our facilities to improve safety, usability, and efficiency and comply with modern industry standards.
On Tuesday, November 7, the City of Grapevine will hold a Bond Election proposing the renovation and expansion of the Animal Shelter and Adoption Center; new construction and relocation for Fire Stations 2 and 3; and reconstruction and expansion of the Grapevine Golf Course Clubhouse and Concourse. The total for completing these projects will be $24.7 million. Passage of the bonds will not result in a tax rate increase.
